We will start with our simple 5 Step Process to come up with a design concept that represents you and the lifestyle you want to create. We then transform the design concept into a story that is narrated by the design and illustrated through furnishings. Our design team will bring this story to life by handling every aspect of the installation process so that you don’t have to.

Review our letter of agreement
Assess your room(s) including photos and measurements
Review lifestyle needs and discuss design dilemmas
Create a personalized design process,
Establish a project timeline and budget.
2 // Concept / Development
During this phase, our design team will create drawings/plans, source fabrics, finishes, furnishings, and work with tradesmen. We then have a design presentation on-site or in the studio to show you samples that you can see, touch, and feel. This will give you a true sense of the vibe we have created. In addition, any adjustments or revisions will be done at this time.
3 // Design Execution
After the design is approved, we take the steps to bring your vision to life. Our goal is to ensure quality and precision in execution. This includes…
Coordinating with various contractors/tradesmen
Completing weekly (or more if necessary) walkthroughs of the space
Sending updates with notes and any additional details to all parties involved to ensure that everyone is on the same page
Apt. 5 has a network of trusted contractors and tradesmen that we recommend. However, we are open to working with contractors and tradesmen of your choice.
4 // Installation + Reveal
This is where the vision becomes a reality. We install all furnishings window coverings, artwork, and décor making your home magazine ready.
5 // Client Reveal
Once the room(s) are complete we will schedule a client reveal. We will do a full walkthrough of the space with you. Any details needed to make the space perfect for you will be taken care of at this time. You will also receive your customized Client Binder. This is a reference catalog of all finishes, materials, furnishings, appliances, and products used on your project.
The minimum project fee for a Full-Service design is $3000 no matter the size of the project.
